Speaker Talk: Thriving in the Sandwich Generation

I’ll be talking about the unique needs experienced by those who are raising children while also managing the care of aging or ill loved ones. There’s a lot of information about caregiving, but few resources speak explicitly to the impact caregiving can have on children and parenting. While this time period can be challenging, with awareness, intention and some easy strategies it can also be an opportunity for building resilience and skills for all members of a family.
