Special Event: Meditation to Reduce Stress and Tips for Managing the Holidays

The holidays can be overwhelming and stressful when you have a child who is struggling with mental health issues. Holly will offer a 15 minute tapping meditation to help reduce anxiety before Thanksgiving. You will also leave this self-care meeting with a few tips on how to reduce overwhelm this holiday season, allowing you to focus on staying present with a sense of calm.
