Jackie has worked with thousands of people in her 21 years as a certified yoga teacher (ERYT-790, YACEP, IAYT) and as a yoga therapist since 2013. She shares the stress reduction and life style management techniques that have helped her heal from her own challenges in hopes that others can find their own internal strength. She teaches ongoing classes, facilitates groups, workshops and retreats.

Jane Reagan is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS-C) with a master’s degree in counseling. She believes in the transformative power of food, the value of self-awareness, and the importance of balanced well-being for lasting health. With expertise in eating disorders, digestive health, food allergies, blood sugar regulation and more, Jane uses a non-diet, whole-person approach to guide individuals and families toward healing. She created The Eating Disorder Recovery Roadmap for Parents to empower parents with the tools and confidence they need to support their child’s recovery. Through education, empathy, and evidence-based care, Jane is dedicated to helping families restore a healthy relationship with food and strengthen long-term mental and physical well-being.
