As a transformational life coach, I support parents who are navigating the complexities and pressures of family life. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or exhausted by the demands of parenting, my role is to help you move toward greater clarity, balance, and connection—both within yourself and your family.

Grounded in trauma-informed practices, my coaching draws from a combination of lived experience, education, and professional training. I offer a calm, supportive environment where you are fully seen and heard. My areas of specialization include parenting and families, and young adults and adults with ADHD and executive function challenges. Coaching is offered both one-on-one and in supportive groups.

Autism Learning Lab (ALL) provides guidance and resources for teens and young adults with autism, as well as their parents and families, through flexible and individualized services designed to meet their specific needs.

Adolescents often face challenges in developing executive functioning skills due to the growing demands in school and life. My approach of one-on-one coaching tailored to your needs, will give strategies to improve time management, organization and focus. In addition, you will learn techniques to manage stress and emotions. In our sessions you will be able to set goals while building independence, self-advocacy, along with strengthening your self-esteem.
